Questa informativa spiega quali dati personali tratta PWR-OS, perché e come puoi esercitare i tuoi diritti, ai sensi del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Titolare del trattamento

2. Quali dati trattiamo

• Account: email e password (conservata solo in forma cifrata con un algoritmo non reversibile), data di registrazione, sessioni di accesso con il tipo di dispositivo.
• Abbonamento e pagamenti: piano, stato dell'abbonamento, importi, nome ed email di fatturazione e tipo di metodo di pagamento comunicati da Stripe. I dati completi della carta li tratta solo Stripe.
• Utilizzo: per ogni richiesta all'AI registriamo data e ora, modello, modalità, numero di token, costo, durata ed eventuali errori. Servono a scalare il budget, a mostrarti i consumi e a prevenire abusi. Non conserviamo il contenuto delle tue domande e delle risposte.
• Sicurezza: indirizzo IP al momento della registrazione e registro delle operazioni amministrative.
• Comunicazioni: le email di servizio che ti inviamo (ad esempio la conferma di un acquisto) e il loro esito.

3. Dove sono le tue conversazioni

Le conversazioni, i progetti e gli allegati sono salvati sul tuo computer, separati per account. Quando invii una richiesta, il servizio PWR-OS la inoltra al fornitore del modello di intelligenza artificiale per elaborarla e ti restituisce la risposta, senza conservarne il contenuto. I file che carichi per l'analisi o per l'esecuzione di codice sono conservati dal fornitore del modello, collegati al tuo account, per il tempo necessario a usarli.

4. Perché li trattiamo e su quale base

• Fornirti il servizio, gestire account, abbonamento, budget e assistenza: esecuzione del contratto (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Adempiere agli obblighi fiscali e contabili: obbligo di legge (art. 6.1.c).
• Proteggere il servizio da frodi, abusi e consumi anomali: legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f).

Non usiamo i tuoi dati per pubblicità o profilazione e non li vendiamo.

5. A chi li comunichiamo

• Anthropic PBC (Stati Uniti), che fornisce i modelli di intelligenza artificiale: riceve il contenuto delle richieste per elaborarle. In base ai suoi termini commerciali non usa i contenuti inviati tramite API per addestrare i modelli e li conserva per un periodo limitato, anche per controlli di sicurezza.
• Stripe, per i pagamenti, che tratta i dati di pagamento anche come titolare autonomo secondo la propria informativa.
• IONOS (Unione europea), che ospita i server del servizio PWR-OS.
• Il fornitore del servizio email che usiamo per le comunicazioni di servizio.

Il trasferimento di dati verso gli Stati Uniti avviene con le garanzie previste dal GDPR (artt. 45 e 46), come le Clausole Contrattuali Standard approvate dalla Commissione europea.

6. Per quanto tempo

• Dati dell'account: finché l'account è attivo; dopo la richiesta di cancellazione li eliminiamo entro 30 giorni.
• Dati di utilizzo: 24 mesi, per la gestione dei consumi e delle contestazioni.
• Dati di fatturazione: 10 anni, come richiesto dalla legge.
• Registri di sicurezza: 12 mesi.

7. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, riceverli in un formato leggibile (portabilità) o opporti ai trattamenti basati sul legittimo interesse, scrivendo a support@pwrstudios.it. Ti rispondiamo entro un mese. Hai anche il diritto di presentare un reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

8. Sicurezza

Le comunicazioni tra l'app e il servizio sono cifrate (HTTPS), le password sono conservate solo in forma non reversibile, le chiavi dei fornitori sono cifrate e non sono mai presenti nell'app. Sul tuo computer la sessione è protetta con la cifratura di Windows.

9. Minori

PWR-OS è riservato ai maggiori di 18 anni.

10. Cookie

L'app non usa cookie. Le pagine di PWR-OS su pwrstudios.it non usano cookie di profilazione né strumenti di tracciamento pubblicitario; la scelta della lingua è salvata solo nel tuo browser.

11. Modifiche

Se cambiamo in modo rilevante questa informativa te lo comunichiamo per email o nell'app.

This policy explains which personal data PWR-OS processes, why, and how you can exercise your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. Which data we process

• Account: email and password (stored only in encrypted form with a non-reversible algorithm), registration date, sign-in sessions with the device type.
• Subscription and payments: plan, subscription status, amounts, billing name and email, and the type of payment method reported by Stripe. Full card details are handled by Stripe only.
• Usage: for every AI request we record date and time, model, mode, number of tokens, cost, duration and any errors. This is used to deduct from your budget, show you your usage and prevent abuse. We do not store the content of your questions and answers.
• Security: IP address at registration and a log of administrative operations.
• Communications: the service emails we send you (for example a purchase confirmation) and their delivery outcome.

3. Where your conversations are

Conversations, projects and attachments are saved on your computer, separated by account. When you send a request, the PWR-OS service forwards it to the provider of the artificial intelligence model to process it and returns the answer to you, without storing its content. Files you upload for analysis or code execution are kept by the model provider, linked to your account, for as long as needed to use them.

4. Why we process them and on what basis

• Providing the service and managing your account, subscription, budget and support: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Meeting tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Protecting the service from fraud, abuse and abnormal usage: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling and we do not sell it.

5. Who we share them with

• Anthropic PBC (United States), which provides the artificial intelligence models: it receives the content of requests in order to process them. Under its commercial terms it does not use content sent through the API to train models, and keeps it for a limited period, including for safety checks.
• Stripe, for payments, which also processes payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
• IONOS (European Union), which hosts the servers of the PWR-OS service.
• The email service provider we use for service communications.

Data transfers to the United States take place with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (Arts. 45 and 46), such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. How long

• Account data: as long as the account is active; after a deletion request we delete it within 30 days.
• Usage data: 24 months, to manage usage and disputes.
• Billing data: 10 years, as required by law.
• Security logs: 12 months.

7. Your rights

At any time you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format (portability) or object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to support@pwrstudios.it. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

8. Security

Communications between the app and the service are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored only in non-reversible form, provider keys are encrypted and never present in the app. On your computer the session is protected with Windows encryption.

9. Minors

PWR-OS is reserved for people aged 18 and over.

10. Cookies

The app does not use cookies. The PWR-OS pages on pwrstudios.it do not use profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools; your language choice is saved only in your browser.

11. Changes

If we change this policy in a significant way, we will tell you by email or in the app.
