Questi termini regolano l'uso di PWRDriver, l'app per Windows, e dell'abbonamento PWRDriver Pro. Usando l'app o attivando l'abbonamento li accetti.
1. Chi fornisce PWRDriver
PWRDriver è fornito da Federico Marta (PWRStudios), email support@pwrstudios.it.
2. Cosa fa PWRDriver
PWRDriver cerca gli aggiornamenti dei driver nel catalogo di Windows Update, dove i driver sono firmati e pubblicati dai produttori, e li installa solo quando sei tu a sceglierli, dopo aver creato un punto di ripristino del sistema. Permette inoltre di fare il backup e il ripristino dei driver, di applicare ottimizzazioni per il gioco (Game Boost) e di verificare e installare strumenti di sviluppo con winget.
I driver e gli strumenti di sviluppo appartengono ai rispettivi produttori e sono soggetti alle loro licenze (ad esempio quella di Visual Studio): installandoli le accetti. Le ottimizzazioni di Game Boost modificano impostazioni di Windows e si possono annullare dall'app.
3. Versione gratuita e prova
La scansione dei driver e l'elenco dei driver installati sono gratuiti, senza limiti di tempo. Al primo avvio su ogni PC hai una prova gratuita di 7 giorni con tutte le funzioni Pro, senza registrazione e senza metodo di pagamento. Finita la prova, PWRDriver torna alla versione gratuita: non viene addebitato nulla. La prova è una per PC.
4. PWRDriver Pro
PWRDriver Pro costa 4,99 € al mese, IVA inclusa, e sblocca tutte le funzioni dell'app. Una licenza vale su un massimo di 2 PC alla volta: puoi liberare un PC dall'app, nella pagina Abbonamento, e usare la licenza su un altro. La chiave di licenza è personale: non può essere condivisa, ceduta o rivenduta.
5. Pagamento e rinnovo
Il pagamento avviene con PayPal, anche con carta senza un account PayPal: noi non vediamo né conserviamo i dati della tua carta o del tuo conto. L'abbonamento è mensile e si rinnova automaticamente ogni mese, con addebito tramite PayPal, finché non lo disdici. Dopo il primo pagamento ricevi la chiave di licenza per email e nella pagina di conferma.
6. Disdetta
Puoi disdire quando vuoi dal tuo account PayPal, tra i pagamenti automatici, oppure scrivendo a support@pwrstudios.it. La disdetta ferma i rinnovi successivi: PWRDriver Pro resta attivo fino alla fine del mese già pagato. Disinstallare o cancellare l'app non disdice l'abbonamento.
7. Diritto di recesso
Se sei un consumatore puoi recedere entro 14 giorni dal primo pagamento, senza indicarne il motivo, scrivendo a support@pwrstudios.it con l'email usata per l'acquisto. Ti rimborsiamo l'importo pagato entro 14 giorni dalla tua comunicazione, con lo stesso metodo di pagamento, e la licenza viene disattivata.
8. Uso consentito
Ti impegni a non condividere o rivendere la chiave di licenza, a non aggirare la verifica della licenza o i limiti della prova e a non modificare, decompilare o redistribuire l'app, salvo nei casi consentiti dalla legge. In caso di violazione possiamo disattivare la licenza, dandotene comunicazione.
9. Aggiornamenti e disponibilità
PWRDriver si aggiorna automaticamente per correggere errori e aggiungere funzioni. Per la prova e la licenza l'app contatta periodicamente il server di PWRDriver; la ricerca dei driver dipende dalla disponibilità di Windows Update. Facciamo il possibile perché tutto sia sempre disponibile, ma possono esserci interruzioni, ad esempio per manutenzione.
10. Responsabilità
Aggiornare i driver e modificare le impostazioni di sistema comporta sempre un rischio: per questo PWRDriver crea un punto di ripristino prima di installare e ti consente di fare il backup dei driver e di annullare le ottimizzazioni. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo di danni indiretti, e la nostra responsabilità complessiva è limitata all'importo che hai pagato nei 12 mesi precedenti. Queste limitazioni non si applicano in caso di dolo o colpa grave e non riducono i diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori.
11. Modifiche ai termini
Possiamo aggiornare questi termini, ad esempio per nuove funzioni o per cambiamenti normativi. Ti avvisiamo con almeno 30 giorni di anticipo delle modifiche rilevanti, per email o nell'app, inclusi eventuali cambi di prezzo: se non le accetti puoi disdire prima che entrino in vigore.
12. Legge applicabile e controversie
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per i consumatori è competente il foro del luogo di residenza o domicilio del consumatore. Per qualsiasi problema scrivici prima a support@pwrstudios.it: cerchiamo sempre una soluzione. I dati personali sono trattati come descritto nell'informativa privacy.

These terms govern the use of PWRDriver, the app for Windows, and of the PWRDriver Pro subscription. By using the app or activating the subscription you accept them.
1. Who provides PWRDriver
PWRDriver is provided by Federico Marta (PWRStudios), email support@pwrstudios.it.
2. What PWRDriver does
PWRDriver looks for driver updates in the Windows Update catalog, where drivers are signed and published by the manufacturers, and installs them only when you choose them, after creating a system restore point. It also lets you back up and restore drivers, apply gaming optimizations (Game Boost) and check and install development tools with winget.
Drivers and development tools belong to their respective manufacturers and are subject to their licenses (for example the Visual Studio license): by installing them you accept them. Game Boost optimizations change Windows settings and can be undone from the app.
3. Free version and trial
The driver scan and the list of installed drivers are free, with no time limit. The first time you run it on each PC you get a 7-day free trial with every Pro feature, without registration and without a payment method. When the trial ends, PWRDriver goes back to the free version: nothing is charged. There is one trial per PC.
4. PWRDriver Pro
PWRDriver Pro costs €4.99 per month, VAT included, and unlocks every feature of the app. One license works on up to 2 PCs at a time: you can release a PC from the app, on the Subscription page, and use the license on another. The license key is personal: it cannot be shared, transferred or resold.
5. Payment and renewal
Payment is made with PayPal, also by card without a PayPal account: we never see or store your card or account details. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically every month, charged through PayPal, until you cancel it. After the first payment you receive the license key by email and on the confirmation page.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel whenever you want from your PayPal account, among automatic payments, or by writing to support@pwrstudios.it. Cancellation stops the following renewals: PWRDriver Pro stays active until the end of the month already paid. Uninstalling or deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days of the first payment, without giving a reason, by writing to support@pwrstudios.it from the email used for the purchase. We refund the amount paid within 14 days of your notice, with the same payment method, and the license is deactivated.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to share or resell the license key, not to get around the license check or the trial limits and not to modify, decompile or redistribute the app, except where allowed by law. In case of violation we may deactivate the license and will let you know.
9. Updates and availability
PWRDriver updates automatically to fix errors and add features. For the trial and the license the app periodically contacts the PWRDriver server; the driver search depends on the availability of Windows Update. We do our best to keep everything always available, but there may be interruptions, for example for maintenance.
10. Liability
Updating drivers and changing system settings always carries a risk: this is why PWRDriver creates a restore point before installing and lets you back up drivers and undo the optimizations. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. These limitations do not apply in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and do not reduce the rights the law grants to consumers.
11. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms, for example for new features or regulatory changes. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of significant changes, by email or in the app, including any price changes: if you do not accept them you can cancel before they take effect.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. For any problem, write to us first at support@pwrstudios.it: we always look for a solution. Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy.
This is a translation for convenience; in case of any discrepancy the Italian version prevails.
