2. Quali dati trattiamo

• Account: email e password. La password è conservata solo in forma cifrata con un algoritmo non reversibile: nemmeno noi possiamo leggerla.
• Impronta del computer: un codice ricavato da identificatori tecnici del PC e trasformato in modo non reversibile (SHA-256). Non riceviamo numeri di serie né altro che permetta di risalire al computer. Serve a contare la prova gratuita per computer.
• Utilizzo: tempo di prova consumato, data dell'ultimo accesso e versione dell'app.
• Abbonamento: il piano dell'account e la sua scadenza. L'abbonamento mensile si paga su PayPal, che tratta i dati di pagamento come titolare autonomo secondo la propria informativa. A ogni pagamento, rinnovo, disdetta o rimborso PayPal ci manda una notifica con l'email del tuo account WallSpace, l'email del tuo conto PayPal, l'importo e gli identificativi dell'abbonamento e della transazione: li conserviamo per abbinare il pagamento al tuo account, evitare di contarlo due volte e come prova dei pagamenti ricevuti. Non riceviamo mai dati di carte o conti bancari.
• Sicurezza: l'indirizzo IP, solo in forma non reversibile e per non più di un giorno, per limitare i tentativi di accesso ripetuti.

3. Perché

Per farti accedere all'app e al catalogo, gestire la prova gratuita e l'abbonamento, distribuire gli aggiornamenti e proteggere il servizio dagli abusi. La base giuridica è l'esecuzione del contratto che accetti usando WallSpace e, per la sicurezza, il nostro legittimo interesse.

4. Cosa resta sul tuo computer

Impostazioni, preferiti, sfondi recenti e i file che salvi nella libreria restano sul tuo PC e non vengono inviati a noi. I wallpaper del catalogo vengono scaricati dalle rispettive fonti attraverso indirizzi forniti dal nostro servizio.

5. Dove e per quanto

I dati stanno sui server del fornitore di hosting di pwrstudios.it (IONOS). Li conserviamo finché l'account esiste; se chiedi la cancellazione li eliminiamo entro 30 giorni, tranne l'impronta del computer con il tempo di prova consumato, che serve a evitare che la prova ricominci da capo.

6. Con chi li condividiamo

Con nessuno, se non con chi ci fornisce l'hosting e con PayPal per i pagamenti. Non vendiamo dati e non usiamo pubblicità né profilazione.

7. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere in qualsiasi momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, riceverli in un formato leggibile o opporti ai trattamenti basati sul legittimo interesse, scrivendo a support@pwrstudios.it. Ti rispondiamo entro un mese. Hai anche il diritto di presentare un reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Privacy policy

Updated on October 15, 2026. It covers the WallSpace app for Windows and its online service on pwrstudios.it.

1. Data controller

2. Which data we process

• Account: email and password. The password is stored only in encrypted form with a non-reversible algorithm: not even we can read it.
• Computer fingerprint: a code derived from technical identifiers of the PC and transformed in a non-reversible way (SHA-256). We do not receive serial numbers or anything else that could identify the computer. It is used to count the free trial per computer.
• Usage: trial time used, date of last sign-in and app version.
• Subscription: the account plan and its expiry date. The monthly subscription is paid on PayPal, which processes payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. On every payment, renewal, cancellation or refund PayPal sends us a notification with your WallSpace account email, your PayPal account email, the amount and the subscription and transaction identifiers: we keep them to match the payment to your account, to avoid counting it twice and as proof of the payments received. We never receive card or bank account details.
• Security: your IP address, only in non-reversible form and for no more than one day, to limit repeated sign-in attempts.

3. Why

To let you use the app and the catalog, manage the free trial and the subscription, deliver updates and protect the service from abuse. The legal basis is the performance of the contract you accept by using WallSpace and, for security, our legitimate interest.

4. What stays on your computer

Settings, favorites, recent wallpapers and the files you save in your library stay on your PC and are not sent to us. Catalog wallpapers are downloaded from their respective sources through addresses provided by our service.

5. Where and for how long

The data is stored on the servers of the pwrstudios.it hosting provider (IONOS). We keep it as long as the account exists; if you ask for deletion we delete it within 30 days, except the computer fingerprint with the trial time used, which prevents the trial from starting over.

6. Who we share it with

With no one, except our hosting provider and PayPal for payments. We do not sell data and we do not use advertising or profiling.

7. Your rights

At any time you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format or object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to support@pwrstudios.it. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

8. Changes

If we change this policy in a significant way, we will tell you in the app.
